Lisa Keys

Executive Director

Lisa Keys is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership. She holds an Architecture-Construction Engineering Technology Diploma, and a Master of Business Administration. Lisa brings extensive experience in the non-profit and co-operative housing sectors, having worked with organizations such as the Region of Waterloo, City of Cambridge, local school boards, and universities. She has actively contributed to the governance of several non-profit housing organizations, and currently serves as a board member with the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA).

David Neugebauer
Director of Facilities and Property Management
With over 15 years of experience in facilities and property management, David brings a strong background in operational planning, preventative maintenance, and capital project execution. He has developed and implemented successful policy and procedural frameworks that have improved efficiency, safety, and service delivery across multiple sites.  David is deeply committed to creating environments that support equity, diversity, and quality of life—believing that everyone deserves a well-maintained and welcoming space to live or work in. His approach is both people-centered and systems-driven, combining technical knowledge with a genuine passion for building better communities through thoughtful facility management.

Alana Bissessar

Alana is a dedicated Community Worker with a passion for building strong and resilient communities. She is skilled at identifying the strengths of individuals and employing a variety of strategies to create an asset inventory for each tenant while fostering inclusion and prioritizing community engagement. Alana is also the coordinator of Sprouts, a funding stream that provides financial support to tenant initiatives that contribute to happy and healthy communities.  Alana’s continuous growth and development is recognized in the work she does daily alongside our tenants. She remains flexible and considerate while assisting with the diverse needs. Alana provides 1:1 mental health support to reduce feelings of social isolation and works diligently to form and strengthen community partner relationships that benefit tenants.  Alana obtained a Bachelor of Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and Social Service Worker diploma from Mohawk College. Alana is also certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, First Aid/CPR and Transformative Mediation.  She has received training in Mental Health First Aid as well as Indigenous Cultural Awareness.
